What The Research Changed

Three businesses.
Three completely different answers.

Same six research steps every time. What comes out of them is different for every single business.

Read each one left to right: what they arrived with, what the crawl actually found, what we did about it, and why it mattered.

Denver Healthcare Practice

Their biggest competitor turned out to be themselves.

What they came with
Publishing regularly, doing everything they had been told to do, and watching traffic fall anyway.
What the research found
About eleven near-duplicate pages on the same topic, all competing against each other. Google could not tell which one to rank, so it largely ranked none of them.
What we are doing
Consolidating into one authoritative page, redirecting the rest, and rebuilding the internal links so the site points at its own best work.
Why it matters
No amount of new posting fixes a site competing with itself. Nobody finds this without a crawl.
Bilingual Denver Real Estate

One bilingual site. One inbox. Both halves of the market.

What they came with
A request for more social posts — and leads scattered across texts, DMs, email, and several platforms that never talked to each other.
What the research found
Their buyers search in both Spanish and English, and ask genuinely different questions in each. A translated English page answers neither one well.
What we built
A website optimized natively in both languages — written for what each audience actually searches, not run through a translator — with everything pulled into one place.
Why it matters
Both halves of their market can now find them, and every lead lands in one inbox instead of five.
Nonprofit Serving Women Veterans

Sometimes the honest answer is: you do not need SEO.

What they came with
An assumption that they needed the same playbook as a for-profit business.
What the research found
Their people are not typing this into Google. They reach each other through community, referral, and social — the search volume was thin and would not have carried the mission.
What I recommended
A social media strategy built for community reach and trust. Not a search retainer.
Why it matters
One-size-fits-all would have sold them the expensive thing. The data said something else would work better, so that is what I proposed.
Every business needs something different. That is not a slogan — it is why the research has to come first.
